We employ both traditional and newer, more ‘green’ technologies such as:
Warm Mix Asphalt Pavements
These produce energy and resource savings due to lower mixing temperatures, as well as better working conditions for the crews due to reduced fumes, aerosols and odor at the work site. Since the temperature is lower, the new surface cools more quickly allowing for faster completion and road openings.
Ultra Thin and Micro-Mix Overlays
These surfaces are thinner pavement layers with much smaller particle size in the aggregate. The mix is more like sand so it can be laid won in a thinner layer (as there is no need to compensate for larger inclusions in the thickness).
Newest Technologies
We are always on the lookout for new technologies that can support quality and accuracy of our projects. We are currently using drones to provide aerial views of our work, and GPS guided equipment on site. We have Quality Control labs at every one of our aggregate plants to make sure our materials are top-quality for every job.
